At Ravago Group, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. This role involves processing orders efficiently, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track and update order status, providing customers and sales teams with timely updates.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, sales proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, price lists, and sales records in CRM or ERP systems.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product information, availability, and alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.
Administrative & Process Improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales reports.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
