Get ready to start working from anywhere We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving company sales targets.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the sales department, managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and facilitating communication between sales reps, customers, and other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, contracts, and other sales materials.
Order Processing: Manage order entry and fulfillment by coordinating between the sales team, production, and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Assist in tracking customer inquiries, follow-ups, and ongoing projects.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support the sales team's strategy and decision-making.
Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team with clients, prospects, and other stakeholders.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team, management, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
English Resume is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
