As a Human Resources Development Intern at Motorola Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to prepare all necessary documentation for new hires, including onboarding and induction into Motorola Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all necessary documentation for new hires, including conducting onboarding and induction into Motorola Solutions.
- Ensure all employee benefits and social security enrollments are complete, up-to-date, and properly filed in the employee ́s folder.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees, addressing inquiries and assisting with administrative needs.
- Collaborate on local activities to promote manager integration and well-being within the office.
- Develop and review policies for Colombia and Ecuador, adhering to the established format.
Requirements
- Candidates MUST be currently studying an academic degree. It will be a plus if the program is related with HR.
- Has sound judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via verbal and written communication.
- Customer-focused mindset with high level of professionalism, employee confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment that is results oriented and collaborative.
- Experience with Google Suite.
- Availability to work full time from Mondays to Fridays from our office.
