  • INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:
    • Work under the guidance of Global Field Support
    • Prepare equipment for remote work setups
    • Receive and inventory work-from-home devices
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and files
    • Inspect and replace peripherals as necessary for both onsite and remote equipment
    • Assist with any IT infrastructure challenges that arise
    • Ensure proper inventory management practices are followed

  • ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

    • Maintain the inventory records for all deployed equipment

  • HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT:

  • RECRUITMENT ASSISTANCE:
    • Support the Recruiting Manager
    • Maintain the referral program documentation

    • Conduct background checks on prospective employees
    • Assist candidates during their interview process
    • Collect essential information from candidates
    • Follow up on candidates regarding documentation requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an internship program or apprenticeship in a related field
