About the Role

At Panagora Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Assessment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive services to the research component, including the execution of research and special studies, data analysis, and supervision of assigned staff and consultant teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, execute, and prepare reports for research and special studies.
  • Oversee the management and timely delivery of all activities assigned to the research component.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement research designs and methodologies.
  • Support the management of the portfolio of research activities and ensure implementation according to established schedules.
  • Coordinate with the research component operations team, including managing subcontractors and consultants.
  • Collaborate with the Panagora Home Office team on developing and delivering research products and reports in both Spanish and English.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring Recommendation Implementation plans of the investigations.
  • Coordinate the development of special studies and data analysis required for evaluations and other studies.
