We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Expansion Manager to lead our growth strategy in the U.S. market.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for developing business opportunities, strengthening relationships with Manufacturer Representatives, Electrical Distributors, EPC firms, and Contractors.

Responsibilities:
  1. Market Entry and Consolidation: Design and implement commercial strategies for successful market entry and consolidation in the U.S.
  2. Culture and Training: Provide training to sales and engineering teams on our products, ensuring a deep understanding of our solutions.
  3. Pipeline Development: Establish and strengthen relationships with potential clients, generating opportunities through active prospecting.
  4. Market Analysis: Evaluate the market and competition to identify growth areas and emerging trends.
  5. New Product Introduction: Define and execute tactics for the introduction of new products.
  6. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from client identification to deal closure.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve commercial objectives.
Requirements:

This role requires a strong technical background, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or specialization in areas such as management, marketing, sales, or international trade is highly desirable.

  • Experience: At least 3 years in technical sales, ideally in the electrical sector or related industries.
  • Languages: Proficient in English, with the ability to engage in technical and commercial conversations.
  • Skills:
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Teamwork: Ability to self-manage and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Critical Thinking: Critical and strategic thinking, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Negotiation and Market Analysis: Proven commercial skills in negotiation and market analysis.
    • Digital Tools: Proficiency in digital tools, artificial intelligence, and social media (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, etc.).
    • Leadership: Leadership skills with a strong orientation towards results and customer service.
