About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Portfolio team in delivering complex initiatives that drive business value for our customers and the bank. As a key member of the Technology Enablement team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the bank to ensure successful project delivery, alignment, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver complex programs involving multiple teams and external vendors.
  • Integrate stakeholder inputs to establish and manage a consolidated scope, schedule, and budget for the portfolio.
  • Track and manage risks, issues, action items, and key decisions across the portfolio.
  • Ensure team alignment and dependencies are tracked and managed.
  • Prepare and manage portfolio reporting for multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Escalate risks and issues that cannot be resolved by the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with peers and business lines to identify issues and drive resolution.
  • Support business case creation for proposed projects by consolidating artifacts and financials.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in managing and delivering complex software projects in large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and budget management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Certified Scrum Master certification is an asset.
  • Expert knowledge of project management practices, disciplines, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
