About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer (Front-end Developer) to join our marketing developer team at Telesign. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing creative and strategic ideas to life on the web, delivering rich digital experiences that engage our prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our web development team to design and develop frontend-rich digital experiences, including landing pages and complete websites.
  • Support the marketing team with backend API integrations, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Design and develop websites on WordPress for various needs, focusing on engaging Telesign prospects.
  • Develop strong organizational skills to ensure projects are well-structured, allowing team members to easily pick up and iterate on your work.
  • Implement a QA process to ensure code is bug-free and reliable, meeting the highest standards of quality.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to implement analytics and A/B testing tools, driving data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the web development lifecycle, from scoping and planning to development and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front-end web development and underlying technologies.
  • Provide samples of previous work demonstrating strategic, intelligent creative executions.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS/SCSS/JavaScript/PHP/AJAX best practices, with knowledge of modern browser trends and compatibility.
  • Experience delivering modern, semantic, resilient, and accessible interfaces.
  • Ability to work with creative internal teams, making strategic recommendations on branded content and user experience.
  • Obsession with automation and efficient resource utilization.
  • Experience adapting site performance and accessibility for 508, ADA, and WCAG compliance.
  • Proficiency in wireframing tools like Figma and Adobe.
  • Senior experience working with PHP-based CMS platforms, like WordPress.
  • Experience using open-source frameworks like or.
  • Familiarity with version control, Git, and WP-CLI.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or design technology is a plus.
  • Able to accept constructive feedback and listen with an open mind.
