Web Designer (Front-end Developer)

Telesign is seeking a skilled Web Designer (Front-end Developer) to join our marketing developer team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging web experiences that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create innovative web experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Design and develop frontend-rich digital experiences, including landing pages and complete websites.
  • Support the marketing team with backend API integrations and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Develop websites on WordPress for various needs, focusing on engaging Telesign prospects.
  • Ensure strong organizational skills to enable team members to pick up projects and iterate on existing work.
  • Implement QA processes and release code that is bug-free and reliable.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to implement analytics and A/B testing tools and experiments.
  • Manage the web development life cycle, from scoping and planning to development and maintenance.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front-end web development and underlying technologies.
  • Provide samples of previous work demonstrating strategic, intelligent creative executions.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/SCSS/JavaScript/PHP/AJAX best practices and modern browser trends.
  • Experience delivering modern, semantic, resilient, and accessible interfaces.
  • Ability to work with creative internal teams and make strategic recommendations on improving branded content and user experience.
  • Experience adapting site performance and accessibility for 508, ADA, and WCAG compliance.
  • Familiarity with wireframing tools like Figma and Adobe.
  • Senior experience working with PHP-based CMS platforms, like WordPress.
  • Experience using open-source frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with version control, Git, and WP-CLI.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or design technology is a plus.
  • Able to accept constructive feedback and listen with an open mind.
