At World Courier Management Inc, we are seeking a talented Commercial Operations Analyst to join our global Commercial Operations department.

The successful candidate will work within the Global Pricing Ops Team, reporting to the Senior Manager - Pricing Operations and Negotiations, and will be responsible for interpreting data and information, communicating results to team members, and supporting the team to deliver negotiation support objectives.

  • Serves as a resource for interpreting data and information; communicates results to team members.
  • Supports team members to facilitate the delivery of Negotiation Support team objectives.
  • Works with multiple departments to coordinate negotiation support and deliver pricing to customers.
  • Utilizes analytical tools across all departments and functional areas, providing detailed reporting and analysis.
  • Maintains and develops strong working relationships with business owners as a process advocate.
  • Supports the creation of speech and presentation materials for members of the management team.
  • Keeps abreast of healthcare trends and competitor activity.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
  • May be required to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to effectively participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams
  • Planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and identify appropriate solutions
  • Solid business acumen
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server or Access) and data management desirable
  • Experience with Alteryx desirable
  • Experience with statistical or math packages (e.g. R, Stata, SPSS) desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Excel essential

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Experience developing strong analytics and reporting knowledge strongly desired
  • Ideally some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer science generally obtained through completion of a three/four year Bachelor's Degree program
