About the Role

SAP is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our customers' businesses by designing and implementing innovative solutions using SAP's cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture models for our customers, aligning with their business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with virtual account teams as a transformation partner, leading activities such as guiding customers through their cloud journey, providing enterprise architecture guidance, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Support adoption and identify technical adoption risks, aligning customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategy, accelerating BTP adoption, and promoting SAP best practices.
  • Provide customer context to all teams, enhancing customer proximity and experience, and articulating the value of the designed target architecture and possible intermediate/transition steps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience roles, with a strong background in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
  • Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, and experience with BTP components and services such as application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI capabilities.
  • S/4HANA technical or/and SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge/experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at the senior management level within an IT team and across business functions.
