The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Amazon account management experience with a focus on PPC, supply chain, or content, as well as strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, brand health, and compliance management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day account management, collaborating with PPC, supply chain, and content teams, ensuring flawless execution and delivery of client strategies, and managing and tracking client performance metrics. They will also provide proactive client updates, identifying growth opportunities and offering tailored recommendations, and act as the client advocate internally, ensuring timely issue resolution and high satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and remote work flexibility with opportunities to collaborate across teams. Our team values proactive thinking and client-first approaches, and we strive to create pathways to success for our employees.
