We are seeking a talented Growth Marketer to join our team and help us establish our brand as a thought leader in the B2B video editing space. If you have a passion for growth, data, creativity, and innovative marketing strategies, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Overview:

As a Growth Marketer, you will lead our organic marketing efforts, developing and executing strategies to elevate our brand image and awareness. You will create engaging content, drive lead generation through SEO, social media, email marketing, and more. You will collaborate with our media buying agency to gather data and optimize growth through organic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute organic marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with our media buying agency to interpret ROAS and ROI data for growth optimization.
  3. Build and manage our organic blog, video content, webinars, and social presence to position us as thought leaders in the industry.
  4. Oversee the performance of our website and track user behavior using tools like Microsoft Clarity.
  5. Work closely with a marketing associate to execute marketing strategies.
  6. Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns, blog content, and other creative assets that engage and convert.
  7. Evaluate and evolve our brand voice and messaging to align with our mission and vision.
  8. Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline content creation while ensuring originality and protecting SEO integrity.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably within video editing, B2B services, or a related field.
  2. Strong expertise in SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
  3. A strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, content pieces, and unique storytelling across social media, blogs, and other formats.
  4. Ability to analyze ROAS & ROI data from paid media.
  5. Relentlessly resourceful with a focus on continuous improvement.
  6. Availability to travel internationally as frequently as quarterly.
  7. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clear, direct, and results-oriented messaging.
  8. Familiarity with tools like Webflow and Microsoft Clarity would be a plus.
