Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an agency setting. They will be responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within their book of business.

The Paid Advertising Strategist will work hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of their service within the broader media mix. They will be responsible for owning reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management.

Responsibilities
  • Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms.
  • Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels; facilitating production with Specialists on teams where applicable.
  • Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals.
  • Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on your expertise.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing; specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
