**Job Title:** Senior Transcreation Project Manager

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Transcreation Project Manager to join our team at Publicis Global Delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage end-to-end transcreation and production projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with transcreators, writers, and voice-over artists to ensure accurate and engaging content.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, providing proactive solutions to ensure project success.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Thorough knowledge of transcreation, production, and project management principles, with experience in managing transcreation and production projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with experience in using project management software.
