As a Transcreation Account Manager, you will be part of a team providing high-quality transcreation and voice-over projects, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end transcreation projects, assessing requirements, querying, and collecting reference materials.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, supporting team managers in training junior members, delegating tasks, and providing guidance.
- Sourcing and negotiating with transcreators, Voice-Over artists, and suppliers, assisting in evaluating and monitoring them during the project.
- Prepare copy decks for transcreation and scripts for voice-over recording, creating creative and linguistic briefs.
- Proofread and QA to ensure transcreation follows quality procedures.
- Maintain glossaries and playbooks for consistency across campaigns and projects.
- Manage the copy review/approval process with the agency or client, building strong relationships.
- Coordinate QC for final checks on localized edits before release.
- Support other teams on transcreation projects as required.
Requirements:
- Experience with Pharma/Life science clients.
- Strong English skills; knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
- Experience in transcreation/production and/or media creative industries.
- 2 years of project management experience in advertising production services.
- Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
- An excellent team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
