Job Summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project deliverables, identifying project stakeholders, and conducting ongoing risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project roadmaps, identify project stakeholders, and plan stakeholder management.
  2. Conduct ongoing risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Coordinate data and document acquisition in cooperation with the Publicis Groupe network.
  4. Lead meetings for project/team management and own project scope definition.
  5. Report project status based on planned scope and communicate with project teams.
  6. Support technology rollout plans and interface with project teams.
  7. Manage external service providers and task prioritization of the project team.
  8. Constantly compare actual and target project status.

Requirements:

  1. Professional experience as a Project Manager, consultant, or in a comparable function.
  2. Creative problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills.
  3. Ability to communicate with international contacts in English and familiarity with the international media landscape.
  4. Experience with project management methodologies, Office tools, and digital marketing.
  5. Certification in PMI, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
