Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Manager to join our team at Freelance Latin America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing and maintaining payroll records.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage paid time-off requests, record payroll disputes and process adjustments, review and report overtime, prepare biweekly payroll for home care staff, assist the CFO in payroll adjustments and accounting procedures, and schedule training for staff on payroll systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage paid time-off requests and ensure accurate tracking of employee leave.
  • Record and process payroll disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review and analyze payroll data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the CFO.
  • Prepare biweekly payroll for home care staff and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement effective accounting procedures.
  • Schedule training sessions for staff on payroll systems and best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Experience handling payroll disputes and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
