About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Overheads Specialist to lead the financial management of our Tequila and Mezcal plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate closure, analysis, and support to the Mexico team in planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Journal Entries for monthly provisions and accruals.
- Detail PL21A to OVH in BFC.
- Perform analytical review and investigate variances.
- Build and update allocation cycles in SAP.
- Construct annual and monthly budgets for OVH.
- Assure financial numbers in Personnel by checking on a monthly basis.
- Support audit with P&L expenses/accruals backup and reasoning.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal relations and high capacity to address.
- Proactive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
