This role is an exciting opportunity to join BruntWork as a Virtual Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and supporting client communications in the estate settlement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations using advanced project management tools like Monday.com
- Craft and manage comprehensive estate settlement reports utilizing Google Sheets
- Oversee communication channels, managing inboxes and calendars with precision
- Provide first-line support for client inquiries, potentially including phone interactions
- Execute follow-ups on billing and client-related matters, ensuring smooth financial processes
- Collaborate with the auction division to streamline listing administration across e-commerce platforms
- Adapt to and master new technologies and platforms as the company evolves
Requirements
- Excel in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong mathematical aptitude
- Demonstrate clear and effective English communication, both written and verbal
- Possess experience with modern project management tools, particularly Monday.com
- Show familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in client communication platforms
- Exhibit strong independent work ethic and efficient multi-tasking abilities
- Display meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, potentially including evening hours (5 PM to 9 PM CST)
- Embrace a dynamic role that spans back-office tasks and potential client interactions
