As an Enterprise Solutions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading requirements gathering and design workshops with diverse stakeholders to extract essential requirements and transform them into actionable use cases, user stories, and sequence diagrams.
  • Taking charge of joint application design sessions alongside architecture, development, and product teams to deliver high-level estimates for incoming projects.
  • Analyzing and formulating technical requirements based on comprehensive solution documentation.
  • Ensuring the coherence of business and technical requirements throughout the customer journey.
  • Driving enterprise process engineering initiatives across various teams, including infrastructure, security, DevOps, and cryptography.
  • Creating, refining, and maintaining the product backlog along with associated deliverables; managing release backlogs with projected delivery timelines.
  • Facilitating alignment between business and IT, ensuring a shared understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of engineering practices by offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Understanding the Bank's risk appetite and culture, integrating these considerations into daily activities and decision-making.
  • Providing effective communication to stakeholders and executives, managing conflicts, negotiating, and building relationships.
  • Leading the resolution of production issues and overseeing the deployment of bug fixes.
  • Assisting in the architecture and design of innovative solutions.
  • Supporting senior management with tasks such as roadmap creation, resource and capacity planning, and team coordination.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a dynamic IT solution environment.
  • Extensive experience in producing BSA artifacts, including user stories, sequence diagrams, and data flows.
  • Strong knowledge of software delivery practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in a Scrum master or delivery lead role, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Staying updated on the most effective tools and methodologies.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and learning from others.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering or Computer Science, with a strong focus on analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
