Description:
We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at dotCMS. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their digital transformation goals by aligning their technical needs with our product capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer calls to identify technical needs, goals, and challenges.
- Recommend and prescribe a path forward to increase adoption and showcase the value of dotCMS features.
- Build customer POCs that address specific requirements and provide customer support.
- Audit and review existing implementations to optimize customer effort and increase value.
- Work with Customer Success to identify and document ways to stabilize customers facing challenges.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Engineering roles, working with modern Front-end technologies.
- 1-3 years in Solutions Consultant roles, selling within SaaS or related industry experience.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience, working with POCs, especially during post-sales processes.
