Our team is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing organization. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing top-notch candidate care and support
* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and source top talent
* Posting job listings and screening incoming resumes
* Scheduling interviews and conducting pre-screen phone interviews
