**Job description**:
We are currently seeking a Consulting Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Amaris Consulting in Colombia. This is an opportunity for individuals with 1 - 2 years of experience who are looking to take their career to the next level within a dynamic and international consulting group.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on roles within the IT sector.
- Handle high volume recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
- Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) for continuous improvement of recruiting operations.

This position offers an Undetermined Duration Contract type job that will allow you to grow professionally while contributing significantly towards our company's objectives.

**Profile Requirement**
- You have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the IT industry.
- You have fluent verbal and written skills in English, Spanish and French.
- You have demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment processes from start to finish.
- You are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Your analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment strategies over time.
- You are based in Medellin and open for a hybrid work model or if you are in a different city, you must be open to relocate.
- Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
