Corporate Marketing Project Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced project management leader to oversee and drive various marketing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project briefs that clearly outline objectives, timelines, and deliverables, setting the stage for successful project execution.
  • Assign tasks and manage project workflows, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and establish backup plans, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance by confirming that projects meet marketing requirements, adhere to brand guidelines and achieve the desired objectives.
  • Establish standardized project management practices, such as SLAs, creative briefs, and SOPs, to improve project efficiency and clarity.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly proactive status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting team output, accomplishments, and relevant metrics.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading creative projects in a marketing or advertising environment, ideally within an in-house context and for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive project briefs, workflows, and formal intake processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and the ability to articulate complex project processes and creative needs.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
