About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the operational performance of multiple accounts, ensuring that all processes are aligned with corporate guidelines and customer service levels are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational activity of the KN Contract Logistics site, ensuring that all accounts are administered efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the tactical project, including ensuring a strong project mandate, participating in management meetings, sponsoring and financing projects, and guaranteeing adequate resources.
  • Manage and/or oversee relevant elements for processes, including personnel, material, and/or information flows, equipment, etc.
  • Generate monthly KPI reports for internal and customer use.
  • Develop and manage growth plans for operations under your responsibility, supporting operational processes and meeting customer expectations.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to assigned resources.
  • Ensure the continuous development of new account implementation programs.
  • Identify improvement projects in operations to achieve effectiveness in the operation.
  • Monitor and ensure factoring and financial results of operations, as well as savings achieved at the assigned site.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of operations and establish adequate controls to ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead and ensure compliance and effectiveness of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) systems.
  • Evaluate the performance of your work teams, generate feedback processes, improvement plans, and development.
About You
  • You are a professional in administrative or engineering careers, preferably with a postgraduate degree in Logistics Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • You have leadership and personnel management skills.
  • You have experience in the logistics field.
  • You have advanced English skills.
