About the Role

The Project Support Specialist - IT PMO will be responsible for coordinating and controlling all aspects of projects in accordance with defined frameworks and tools. You will work closely with project managers, business leads, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and scope.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with customers to ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  2. Confirm resource availability and allocation.
  3. Manage task progress and track project milestones.
  4. Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and delivery partners as needed.
  5. Address risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Adhere to governance guidelines as defined in the PMO process.
  7. Maintain accurate project documentation.
  8. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  9. Foster effective communication and stakeholder management.
  10. Ensure seamless integration with company financial processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Possess a relevant program/project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE Practitioner, PMP).
  2. Hold ITIL v3 Foundation certification as a minimum; preference for additional certifications in Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement.
  3. Demonstrate practical knowledge of methodologies and frameworks: Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMI-ACP.
  4. Have experience with knowledge and understanding of governance frameworks.
  5. Exhibit excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  6. Show willingness to learn and develop skills in project management.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
  2. Must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with peers and leaders.
  3. Working experience in project management is an asset.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  5. Able to use Office 365 effectively.

Location and Salary

This role is located in multiple countries including Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Panama, Argentina, Trinidad and Tobago, Peru, and offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
