Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our infrastructure management team in Colombia. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global team of professionals delivering projects that create a positive impact around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall management administration of projects and assist in establishing project-specific objectives and policies.
  • Provide management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforce company and project policies, and serve as a primary liaison between AECOM and client interfaces.
  • Oversee and ensure all facets of projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
  • Responsible for administering projects from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover, and contract closeout.
  • Manage client/project development, resource management, and supervision of construction activities as they relate to contract administration and management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
  • Responsible for overall project performance, including job profit and loss for construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Civil Engineer, Architect, Business Administrator, or Industrial Engineer + 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Requires specific experience as a Project Administration Director with three (3) certifications in vertical building projects for institutional, cultural, scientific, technological, office, and/or commercial use. Combined project experience must total at least 45,000 m2 within the last 10 years.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
