Job Summary

This role involves overseeing inbound business for accounts with 1-250 users. The Commercial Account Manager will manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, prioritize responses based on service level agreements, and exceed monthly sales quota.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and customers.
  • Ensure timely processing of quotes and other tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve issues.
  • Update CRM (Salesforce.com) with relevant information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the Sophos sales team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Collaborative style with ability to articulate technical issues.
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ, with deal flow experience preferred.
  • Adaptable approach and willingness to learn new skills.
