Job Description
The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing SEO strategies, including content updates, keyword research, competitive monitoring, and technical SEO improvements. This role involves overseeing conversion testing on the web page through multivariate (MVT) and A/B testing, conducting website updates, and researching to build business cases that support initiatives for increasing organic sessions and conversions on the web page.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop SEO strategies and execute them through content updates, keyword research, and competitive monitoring
- Oversee conversion testing on the web page using MVT and A/B testing techniques
- Conduct website updates and ensure they are optimized for search engines
- Research and build business cases to support initiatives for increasing organic sessions and conversions on the web page

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a comprehensive understanding of content and technical SEO, including knowledge of Google's web crawling process. You should also have experience developing testing hypotheses through competitive analysis, learnings gained from previous experiments, or insights from first-party data. Additionally, you should have examples of personally driving the execution of website tests with IT, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to improve engagement and conversion.
