About the Role

Electrolux Group is seeking a highly skilled IT Transformation Manager to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage IT Governance Processes: Ensure that IT and business are correctly aligned by developing and managing IT governance processes that support business objectives.
  • Build Technological Business Execution Plan: Create a technological business execution plan that focuses on consumer journey and omnichannel orientation, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain IT Critical Services: Ensure the maintenance of IT critical services to the Andean countries (Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru), collaborating with Sales and regional, corporate IT teams.
  • Act as a Link between Business and IT: Support the development, maintenance, and application of strategies, standards, and procedures for technological resources at the designated cluster.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and ways of working to operate and guide the business with more efficient project scope and portfolio, enhancing overall support and service levels with a faster response rate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar areas
  • IT Management Experience
  • Experienced in Managing Projects, Costs, and Technology Resources
  • Knowledge in System Design and Development
  • Advanced English
