Job Description:
As our Chief Security Operations Officer, you will be responsible for leading our security and health safety team, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. You will develop and implement local security policies and procedures, including crisis/emergency plans, in collaboration with local law enforcement and stakeholders.
You will conduct regular security risk assessments, ensure alignment with local laws and regulations, and approve job descriptions for individual team members. Additionally, you will provide training and development opportunities for our security team to enhance their skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the security and health safety team, ensuring effective implementation of security policies and proceduresDevelop and maintain local security policies and procedures, including crisis/emergency plansCollaborate with local law enforcement and stakeholders to build strategic relationshipsConduct regular security risk assessments and ensure alignment with local laws and regulationsApprove job descriptions for individual team membersProvide training and development opportunities for the security teamPreferred Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Previous security experience, especially in a luxury environment, is preferred. You must also have good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
