We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our team at LinkGraph. As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Attend daily SCRUM meetings to stay aligned with the team's goals and objectives.
- Test and report on usability issues, bugs, and workflow problems within our dashboard.
- Communicate with clients via live chat and virtual office to resolve problems and answer questions.
- Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Lead product demos and customer onboarding calls with clients.
- Collaborate with the team to discuss product issues and adapt to the role as needed.
