Role Overview

In the capacity of Procurement Coordinator, you will spearhead the management of procurement processes across seven countries, aligning requirements with internal stakeholders, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and overseeing documentation related to contract finalization and updates.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team focused on minor negotiations and manage operational and administrative tasks, including purchase order generation and supplier invoicing. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures within the procurement area. Conduct high-impact negotiations. Monitor and follow up on minor negotiations. Identify cost-saving opportunities. Enhance service delivery. Respond to audits and uphold internal controls.

Qualifications for Success

Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement, including negotiation, purchase order creation, market analysis, and commercial proposals. Proficient in Excel (Intermediate level). Strong command of English (High proficiency). Exceptional negotiation skills with both internal clients and suppliers. Effective communication abilities. Familiarity with supply chain management software for procurement, inventory, and vendor oversight. Keen attention to detail. Experience with electronic procurement systems to automate and streamline procurement processes.
