About the rol:
Answer phone calls, visits from external people as suppliers or visits to other PayU employees. Coordinate messenger services at internal and external level, responsible for the correct functioning of the offices and creating purchase orders for the areas that need this service.

What you'll do
· Generate purchase orders
· Reception of billing from suppliers and allies.
· Manage correspondence from the company
· Schedule and coordinate messenger services.
· Answer phone
· Receive visits that come to the office
· Digitization of documents related to reception functions.
· Supervise and control people that comes in and out, that are not employees from PayU
· Maintain and manage the relation with building's administration
· Create stationery and cleaning orders
· Documental responsibilities

What you would need to succeed
· 2- 3 years of experience as receptionist or administrative assistant
* Technician, technologist or in process of degree in administrative areas
* Intermediate level of Excel management
