About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Entry Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to work efficiently to ensure data quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Retrieve and organize data as requested by team members or management.

Assist with generating reports and summaries based on stored data.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper data alignment.

Follow established procedures and best practices for data management.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar field.

Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and speed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with CRM tools or data management software is an advantage.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining focus.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
