**Core Responsibilities**:

- Use LinkedIn (primarily Sales Navigator) searches provided by the client to pull contact lists
- Scrape, clean, and format the results into usable spreadsheets/Airtable
- Ensure accurate entry of names, titles, companies, and locations
- Maintain a clean, organized database ready for outreach and follow-up
- Support the client by processing large volumes of leads quickly and reliably

**Required Skills**:

- Proven data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with LinkedIn scraping/data gathering tools (Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Apollo, or similar)
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and speed
- Strong English reading comprehension

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Advanced knowledge of AI tools for list cleanup
- Familiarity with CRMs or Airtable
- Previous experience in real estate or mortgage lead lists (a plus, not required)

**Experience**:

- Real Estate or Mortgage: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Englsih (required)
