We're on the lookout for a **detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist** who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn. In this role, you won’t just be entering data—you’ll be helping transform raw reports into structured, actionable files that support strategic decisions.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Gather data from various reports and documents.
- Organize and enter information into spreadsheets or internal systems with accuracy.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of the information you work with.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and improve workflows.
- Proactively identify any inconsistencies or gaps in the data and flag them for resolution.

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- **Advanced English** communication skills - both written and verbal. (C1 Level).
- Excellent attention to **detail and organizational** skills.
- **Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets**.
- Experience working in remote teams or multicultural environments.
- Fast learner with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to new tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- No prior experience required, but a **proactive attitude is a must**
