Senior Analyst - FP&A

We will count on you to:

- Ability to work independently under general direction, as well as cooperatively within a team, escalating issues and concerns to managers as appropriate.

- Review and analyze basic financial planning information and reports.

- Assist in the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts; tracks and reports initiatives.

- Support month‑end close process by reviewing recurring/standard and ad‑hoc reports, develop understanding of our P&L structure and analyzing variances to forecast, budget and prior year.

- Extract data from MMC’s data warehouse to support key strategic initiatives.

- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations using a variety of formats, displays, reproduction of charts, graphs and econometric models.

- Research, identify, and explain expense and operational variances to highlight areas of risk and opportunities to improve.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you need to have?

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, Finance, Mathematics or Actuarial Sciences.

- 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A process and multicultural relationships with executive roles.

- Intermediate English.

- Advanced Excel skills, Oracle and Essbase knowledge preferred.

- Power BI (desirable).
