Client success lead

Buscamos un/a Client Success Lead con fuerte orientación al cliente, capaz de gestionar comunidades de alto nivel y asegurar que cada cliente viva una experiencia de valor, cercanía y resultados.
?? Funciones y responsabilidades
•Gestionar comunidades de clientes y estudiantes (programas grupales y high ticket).
•Hacer seguimiento activo al avance, participación y resultados de los clientes.
•Detectar riesgos de abandono y activar estrategias de retención.
•Mantener comunicación constante y profesional con clientes vía correo, CRM, plataformas y llamadas.
•Apoyar la experiencia del cliente en programas, sesiones en vivo y procesos formativos.
•Registrar información relevante del cliente y generar reportes de seguimiento.
•Ser un/a representante sólido/a de la marca frente al cliente final.
?? Condiciones, salario y beneficios
•Modalidad: Contrato por prestación de servicios (contrato abierto).
•Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
(En periodos de lanzamiento puede requerirse disponibilidad extendida, con compensación posterior).
•Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido – principalmente remoto, con encuentros presenciales ocasionales en Bogotá.
•Salario: Entre USD 600 y USD 800, según experiencia y seniority.

Requerimientos
•Profesional con mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles de atención al cliente, customer success, gestión de comunidades o cuentas clave.
•Experiencia interactuando con clientes senior, directivos o empresarios.
•Excelente comunicación oral y escrita; redacción clara, profesional y cuidada.
•Alta capacidad de organización, seguimiento y control.
•Comodidad trabajando con plataformas digitales, CRM y herramientas tecnológicas.
•Capacidad para sostener conversaciones por videollamada y teléfono con seguridad y empatía.
