**Misión del cargo**:
Gestionar las relaciones con los clientes ofreciendo soluciones y resultados que impulsen el valor del producto.
**Funciones del cargo**:

- Dar seguimiento y soporte a los clientes ayudándolos en la resolución de problemas, solicitudes y alcance de objetivos.
- Estar a cargo de conceptualizar, implementar y gestionar proyectos relacionados con el lanzamiento de nuevos productos, funciones o procesos.
- Establece relaciones con los clientes impulsando el valor de los productos y servicios para garantizar su satisfacción y maximizar su retención.
- Administrar los OKRs de servicio al cliente para garantizar estándares de calidad altos y eficientes.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con nuestros equipos de producto, estrategía, business development e ingeniería para garantizar que las necesidades comerciales y de nuestros clientes se mapeen y prioricen correctamente..
- Monitorear métricas y OKR principales de Laika, facilitar la comunicación dentro de los equipos y administrar proveedores externos.
- Estudiar y apoyar decisiones estratégicas de negocio

**Requisitos**:
**Educación**: Ing.
Comercial; Adm. Empresas; Relaciones Públicas; Comunicación Social

**Experiência**: 3+ años en customer success

**Conocimientos**: Seguimiento de clientes, Capacitación de clientes, Soluciones SaaS, Comercio B2B

**Software**: CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, similares), Project management (Asana, Trello o similar)
