Descripción general Acerca del Rol Liderar la ejecución de las marcas en los clientes asignados, a través de sus estructuras comerciales, logrando excelencia en la ejecución de la estrategia, capturar el máximo potencial para las marcas Essity y garantizar el alto nivel de relacionamiento en los clientes.
El reto en esta posición será fortalecer el desarrollo de las marcas Essity Health & Medical Division, en los diferentes canales de comercialización como Farmacias y Retail en general.
Qué harás?
Implementar la estrategia comercial G2M en la zona.
Cumplir los presupuestos de ventas asignados.
Cumplir con los procesos y normas internas de la ejecución comercial.
Capitalizar las oportunidades existentes de la zona.
Desarrollar e incrementar la distribución numérica y ponderada de las marcas.
Dar orientación y capacitación sobre las marcas a los diferentes equipos comerciales y canales de ventas.
Desarrollar el trabajo de campo en los diferentes canales.
Viajes y desplazamientos requeridos de acuerdo con el cliente.
Quien eres?
Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingenierías y/o Afines con alto nivel de relacionamiento en los clientes de la zona Caribe y habilidades para el desarrollo del potencial de los mismos.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comercial en los canales Farmacias, Retail, Tradicional y/o compañías de consumo masivo.
Alto nivel de Excel y análisis de información.
Habituado a manejo de planes de trabajo, con organización y método para gestionar sus actividades.
Conocedor del comportamiento y ejecución clave en punto de venta.
Debe tener vehículo para desempeñar el rol.
