The roleOperations Management Specialist- Admin SupportSoftwareOne Academy Returnship ProgramColombia Bogotá|Full time-temporary contractWe are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our inaugural Returnship Program (SOAR) in Operations.This paid program is designed to provide support and integrate dedicated professionals who have taken a career break of at least 6 months and are re-entering the workforce.As a participant in SOAR, you will have the opportunity to update and improve your skills while working on significant projects within our organization.Objective: Performs administrative tasks to support the sales team and help them to gain, keep, and grow our customers.
Supervises sales targets, records sales data, focuses on delivery, and efficiently handles time, priorities and daily workload to successfully connect with customers.Provides customers with a valuable perspective on industry, trends, and the customer's own businessFollows the global standard methodologies and leverages repeatable and scalable processes and systems/tools throughout the customer lifecycle.
Identifies opportunities for process, system, and structural improvement as well as improving current practices.Applies frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Lean, Six Sigma, Waterfall, Kanban etc.

Provides structure to the way a project is delivered by applying principles, themes, frameworks, processes, and standardsRole and Responsibility Drive resolution of critical issues by working with customers, account teams, and internal support teams.
Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with the business and other supporting teams.
Support existing accounts with their order and quoting needs that would not be supported by the business teams.Support setup and onboarding as needed.
Facilitate the credit and rebill process with the business and supporting departments.
Support back-office finance reports.
What we need to see from youBachelor´s Degree or equivalent experience from a four-year college or university preferred.Customer-focused and excellence approachWorked on IT business before.Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Advanced English level is a must (Flexible)Shown success in an operations management roleExcellent (customer-focused) communication, organization, follow-up, multitasking, and time management skillsEffective comprehension and paraphrasing skillsExcellent problem-solving and consultative skillsAttention to details Job FunctionPeople & Culture
