Hoy somos una compañía presente en 45 países, con m**Para truinfar como Strategic Accoun Director**
- **Tienes un mínimo de 5-7 años de experiência en ventas**:gestionarás las cuentas estratégicas del mercado colombiano con altos volúmenes de facturación.
Trabajarás de manera autónoma desde la prospección hasta el cierre y onboarding del cliente.
Tu experiência te ayudará a obtener un mayor ratio de facturación con impacto directo en los resultados de la compañía.
- **Tienes conocimiento del sector digital**: preferiblemente en Marketing.
El conocimiento del sector siempre ayuda, pero, si no lo tienes, no te preocupes; nuestro On Boarding está pensado para que domines el producto con mucha rapidez
- **Cuentas con experiência anterior en entorno Startup o Scaleup**: son entornos en rápida expansión y muy ágiles, tanto a nível de comunicación como de ejecución.
Si ya has trabajado en un entorno ágil, cambiante y en constante evolución típico del mundo start-up, sabrás de lo que te hablamos.
- **Hablas español a nível nativo**: trabajarás a diario con cuentas del mercado español y por eso hablar y escribir perfecto en castellano es un _must_.
Si además hablas inglés o cualquier otro idioma, será un plus el día de mañana para tener más opciones de crecer en la empresa y explorar nuevos mercados.
- **Tienes formación en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería,** **o similar**: queda demostrado que los perfiles con este Background son los que mejor se adaptan a la hora de hacer una venta consultiva de nuestros productos.
- **Claro interés en las nuevas tecnologías, la innovación y especialmente en la tecnología móvil**:formará parte de tu día a día, tanto en el desempeño de tu trabajo como comercial como por la cultura de Tiendeo.

**En tu día a día como Strategic Account Director en Tiendeo**:
- **Liderarás las reuniones comerciales con los c-levels de los departamentos de Marketing** de los retailers más importantes del país para entender sus necesidades y ofrecerles la mejor solución para aumentar el tráfico a sus tiendas físicas.
- **Desarrollarás tu propio análisis de mercado y prospección** como punto de partida para la captación de las cuentas estratégicas del mercado colombiano que aportarán el mayor volumen de facturación a la compañía.
- **Crearás el vínculo con tus clientes** para garantizar el correcto seguimiento y asegurar un nível de servicio de excelencia.
- **Liderarás el proceso de negociación y asegurarás el closing **de los acuerdos comerciales a largo plazo.
- Con acompañamiento, pero desde la autonomía, **elaborarás tu propia hoja de ruta** para alcanzar los objetivos anuales de venta: llevarás tu propia estrategia comercial y te organizarás de forma autónoma para alcanzar tus objetivos.
- **Reflejarás tu actividad en Salesforce**: el CRM es la biblia de nuestro departamento comercial.
