Sales and Account Management Executive

The Sales and Account Management Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for IQVIA Argentina. You will work closely with the Account Director, Sales, Consulting, and Service Specialists to identify new business opportunities and develop compelling solutions using IQVIA products and services. Your key responsibilities include managing basic accounts, building client relationships across the client organization, resolving 1st-line service issues, and coordinating 2nd-line support issues with the service teams. Additionally, you will ensure thorough service reviews and transaction surveys that service agreements, contract specifications, and product deliverables meet clients' specifications, including timeliness and quality.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for securing renewal contracts, establishing a tactical and strategic understanding of the client's business issues, and assisting with developing a compelling solution using appropriate IQVIA products and services. You will also assist with the coordination of business development and service activity with the Account Director, Sales, Consulting, and Service Specialists to validate opportunities to achieve account plan, revenue, and client satisfaction targets.
