On behalf of NDA, SaaS e-commerce , SD Solutions is looking for a talented  Sales Development Representative  to join our growing Sales Development team.

Our Sales Development team plays a critical role in expanding NDA  reach and impact in the eCommerce space.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and driving new business opportunities.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our customer base and the success of our post-purchase solutions.
As an SDR at  NDA , you'll be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, conducting outbound and inbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting the stage for a successful customer journey and ensuring a seamless handoff to our sales team.
Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs will be key to driving business growth.

Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outreach to generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
Engage potential clients through strategic questioning and active listening to identify business needs.
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative and personalized follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and an optimal client experience.
Stay up to date on Falcon Labs' offerings, industry trends, and eCommerce market dynamics to provide valuable insights to potential clients.
Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold Falcon Labs' values of innovation, collaboration, and customer success.
Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey value effectively.
Proven ability to manage sales cycles and succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement platforms preferred.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing business needs.
Prior experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or technology sales is a plus.
