ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Representative to join our team in Colombia. This is a hybrid position combining both set-up and close-out sales responsibilities to drive adoption of the UNIFCOM e-commerce platform, targeting top-tier brands primarily in the United States, with future plans to expand into regions including EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales experience and strategic thinking to help position UNIFCOM as a leader in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, and digital prospecting.
- Pitch and sell UNIFCOM's e-commerce platform to small, medium, and large brands, highlighting its competitive advantages over platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Magento.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and proposals to showcase the platform's value proposition.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to target directors of e-commerce, marketing managers, and business owners.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the growth and success of UNIFCOM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer success.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and pricing models to stay competitive in the market.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, SaaS, or e-commerce solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, and other competitors.
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Odoo CRM.
- Social Media Sales & Lead Generation: Expertise in leveraging social media platforms to drive sales and build brand relationships.
- CRM & Sales Tools: Proficiency in Odoo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead management tools.
- Proven Sales Performance: Strong track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Networking & Communication: Exceptional ability to build relationships with decision-makers and negotiate high-value deals.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently on a commission-based model with high earning potential.
