En Solvo Global nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Customer Service Representative quien será el encargado de ser el punto de contacto y de atención a clientes interesados en adquirir servicios bancarios y financieros, por medio de llamadas (entrantes y salientes) y medios escritos (chats, mensajes de texto), proporcionando así información útil, detallada y precisa ante sus preguntas, solicitudes y reclamos.
El representante de atención al cliente debe de familiarizarse con el terminología y las palabras claves necesarias en el ámbito financiero con el fin de comunicarse de manera correcta y precisa con el cliente y el equipo de trabajo.
**Responsabilidades**:

- Colaborar con los miembros del equipo de atención al cliente para encontrar las mejores soluciones para los clientes.
- Encontrar y aplicar la solución correcta para cada cliente.
- Ya se trate simplemente de ajustar una fecha de pago, procesar un pago anticipado o reestructurar las condiciones del préstamo, tendrá que escuchar atentamente a cada cliente y encontrar la mejor solución.
- Recoger los testimonios de los clientes y encontrar procesos de constante mejora.
- Atender las tareas administrativas, como la introducción de datos, la financiación y los informes.
- Remitir las solicitudes de los clientes a los respectivos departamentos de la empresa.
**Requisitos**:
Sabado - Miercoles, disponibilidad 9:00 am - 9:00 pm (tiempo en el que se asigna la franja horaria)

Inglés Fluido 90% para arriba

Estudios: Bachiller,Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional

Mínimo 6 meses de experiência en customer service.
