**Horario**:Domingo a domingodisponibilidad 9am-9pm (2 días off fijos) **Presencial**
**Estas serían tus responsabilidades**:
- Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente en cada paso del proceso.
- Colaborar con los miembros del equipo de atención al cliente para encontrar las mejores soluciones para los clientes.
- Encontrar y aplicar la solución correcta para cada cliente.
- Atender las tareas administrativas, como la introducción de datos, la financiación y los informes.
- Remitir las solicitudes de los clientes a los respectivos departamentos de la empresa.
**¿Qué habilidades se requieren?**
- Conocimientos de informática, búsqueda y uso de Internet, Excel.
- Nível de inglés **avanzado** (85% en adelante).
- **Otras aptitudes**:comunicación clara; gestión del tiempo; atención al detalle; capacidad de negociación y atención al cliente; capacidad para interactuar profesionalmente con clientes potenciales y compañeros de trabajo.
