Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición Account Lead que estará localizada en Barranquilla - Colômbia.
Responsable de un grupo de cuentas (públicas y/o privadas) en el territorio asignado: COSTA
ATLANTICA: ATLANTICO, BOLIVAR Y MAGDALENA.
Desarrolla relaciones sólidas con las partes interesadas no clínicas (áreas administrativas) para comprender las necesidades de la cuenta, definir planes, promover la cartera One MD y negociar y cerrar ventas.
Este puesto actúa como propietario de las cuentas asignadas, trabajando en colaboración con el liderazgo del cliente y el equipo interno (generación de demanda clínica, SAM y áreas funcionales) para promocionar la cartera de la empresa, negociar contratos de materiales y servicios con el objetivo de generar demanda no clínica y vender productos de J&J.
Asegura un único punto de contacto con las áreas administrativas dentro de los clientes asignados.
Interlocutores externos clave: dentro de las cuentas asignadas: C-suite, jefe de departamento de compras, jefe de quirófanos, jefe de marketing
Tipos de cuentas: cuentas privadas, multisedes de grupos de cuentas privadas, GVI, Cajas de compensación, Cuentas públicas (no estratégicas).
Principales responsabilidades:
- Promueve los productos de la cartera de la empresa entre las partes interesadas no clínicas en las cuentas asignadas: identifica oportunidades para introducir nuevos productos y ampliar nuestra penetración en la cuenta y se conecta con la generación de demanda clínica para elaborar un plan para captarlas.
- Gestión de cuentas por cobrar en sus respectivas cuentas.
- Identifica y supera las barreras de acceso desarrollando, junto con las franquicias y el COE un plan de acción.
- Gestiona las cuentas asignadas: establece estrategias comerciales a largo plazo, alinea los planes de las cuentas, hace un seguimiento de la aplicación de los contratos firmados y los servicios acordados y mantiene al día a las partes interesadas tanto externas como internas en lo que respecta al rendimiento de las cuentas.
- Recibe la demanda clínica generada por el equipo clínico y la consolida para preparar una propuesta comercial de J&J.
- Negocia contratos de precios, subvenciones y nível de servicio con las áreas comerciales / suministros.
- Realizar análisis de precios en relación a la competencia
- Garantizar el reporte de reclamaciones de productos y la ejecución de acciones de campo en el tiempo establecido por el J&J.
- Realizar presentaciones de oportunidades de venta (estudio de casos).
- Identificar y validar oportunidades de servicios de implantación en hospitales.
- Negociar los servicios prestados por J&J y sus socios.
- Implementar y llevar a cabo la gestión de los servicios desplegados
- Identificar oportunidades de MD y realizar el seguimiento (embudo)
- Seguimiento de contratos
**Qualifications**:
- Se requiere titulación universitaria.
- De 5 a 7 años de experiência profesional, con al menos 5 años en el área comercial con historial probado de venta de valor (negociación y cierre de acuerdos).
- Experiência liderando equipos multifuncionales a través de la influencia.
- Conocimientos financieros: comprensión de los impulsores de P&L y fijación de precios.
- Se valorará experiência en el sector de Medical Devices.
- Será necesario viajar dentro del territorio designado (entre un 25% y un 50% dependiendo del territorio).
- Nível de inglés: 50%.
- Requisitos de Safe Fleet:
- Debido a que esta posición es eligible a Auto de Compañía como herramienta de trabajo, también es requerido:
- Licencia de conducir vigente.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência conduciendo un auto, preferentemente en zonas de autopista o carretera (entre 80 y 100 km/h) y con vehículos estándar.
